The Delightful Excitement of a Brochure Launch Party

Launch parties are a wonderful way to celebrate both work done, and work yet to come. It is a fantastic way to stimulate relationships and for all who attend to look to the future in solidarity.

On Saturday night, we had our first very own brochure launch party. This year is by no means our first Brighton Fringe nor our first year with a brochure, but it was indeed the first time we had a celebration of our own to mark the occasion.

The party was held at Otherplace’s own Canvas Coffee, in the Phoenix Centre. The evening welcomed many of our artists, ready to mingle and share their journey with others, a journey we are all on.

Our Artistic Director, Nicola Haydn, game a very heart-warming speech. The tender words were received with many awws, and the comments about our swearing over the artists were greeted with laughter.

The general feeling of the evening? That it was lovely to be in such a warm, friendly environment, where artists were able to mingle freely and relax before their busy show season.

Are you excited for May? We are.
